Reading positive content related to your specific area that you want to be successful in. This can be books, blogs, articles and magazines, but you have to read it. Read EVERYDAY 10 mins minimum. It does not matter when. Make sure the content that you are reading also involves personal development. This is very important. Every great leader, entrepreneur, salesman and religious leader only got that way be incorporating personal development in their daily workouts. Next, you need to think. This is P90x for the mind. Think in a quit place sitting up for 15 mins. No distractions. The point of this exercise is to get your mind out of the habit of listening and processing all off the outside negative, sales pounding, advertising, lack focused world we live in right now. We need to be focused on our prosperity right now. Before you get started with this read your Definite Major Purpose, then close your eyes and imagine what a day would be like when you achieve it. Do that for 15 mins every night.
The whole workout takes about 30 mins. It is important to mind as good healthy food and exercise is important to your body.
