When your down it is not the time to quit

We have all gone through this.

Everyone at one point or another  has been to a point where you say to yourself "This is not working!"
Well guess what? That is not the time to quit. It is just the opposite, it is time to push a little harder.  You are at a point of success.  (read the chapter 2 or 3- Three feet from gold-Think and grow rich by Neapolitan Hill)  90% or more will fall into this trap time and time again with there home biz.  It is this time of adversity where the universe is testing you to see if your worthy of your dream.

Failure only happens when you quit.

Yes that is the real meaning of failure. You can look at every success full person in the world, each and everyone of them have gone to the point of giving up, not just once but a few times in their life.  But they did have an advantage.

Are you comfortable where your at?

Are you comfortable?

Satisfied in your present position? Are you happy the way your life is day by day, just doing the same thing to keep things statuesque.  That is a good thing, or is it?  A lot of times we get complacent with the way things turn out.  We are happy and life is moving at a steady pace.  We stop worrying about new challenges because new challenges never appear.  We pay our bills, watch our shows and look to tomorrow as the same steps as today.
Well this will only last for so long.  We can keep the same standards in our life but one thing we need to always realize is that life and the universe is always changing and evolving.  If we don't evolve with it, we to will be on the outside looking in and the challenges that we face at that time will be so overwhelming that giving up will look like the best and easiest thing to do.

Challenge yourself for something better.

Digital Connections and Social Media

The shift in the paradigm of digital connections and social media

I am sitting here this Sunday and took a look around at my 2 sons and myself and I realized just how connected we and others are connected to "smart devices".  TV, computer, I phone, Kindle.  I took a quick inventory on the how many connections the whole family had this weekend. Yesterday started with me and my Kindle reading "Risky is the new safe" by Randy Gage (fantastic book by the way, a must read for everyone and should be a required class in all schools).
I then worked on my laptop..wireless.  Checked my I Phone for email, bank account and credit card.  watched a show that was streamed to my xbox from netflix. Checked twitter and facebook on both my laptop and I Phone and then back to the Kindle for more reading.how many time was I "connected".....13 times throughout the day!! My 9 year old has an I Touch and my 4 year old loves to play on the laptop "PBSkids.com"  My wife was on the laptop 3 times and her I Phone more than 5 times and uses her Kindle.  All of this would not be possible without the internet and wireless connections.  The shift on a digital connect has increased more than 500% from 5 years ago.
