How to induce faith and positive thinking

Faith is a major key in your success

I never understood autosuggestion/self talk as it pertains to my business. I know there have been studies of how and why autosuggestion works but it never really broke it down, or shall i say I never opened myself to it. After talking to my mentor about the use of autosuggestion, and reading chapter 4 in Think and Grow Rich for the 20th time it has become a part of my daily routine.

A great example on why to use autosuggestion

If you picture it your mind and to the right you have a large bottle marked off with 24 lines. The bottle represents your positive thoughts and the lines represent 24 hours in a day. Now you have the same bottle on the left that represents negative thoughts. your goal is to fill the right jar to the brim with positive thoughts and to have no thoughts in the left in the negative jar at the end of the day. Now, through out the day you have to battle against negative influences of the world. If you listen, engage and think those thoughts, you have to put that in you negative jar. We all have a constant source of negative, the news, people, even ourselves at times. To combat the negative we will use autosuggestion, it is the biggest form of positive thought that you can create yourself and an put it in your positive jar. If the negative jar is filled more than the positive, you will create doubt and failure. When you fill the positive jar is filled more than the negative jar on a daily basis will create faith and abundance.

The mind cannot think positive and negative thoughts at the same time

Your mind can only think either positive or negative thoughts. You can control those types of thoughts through autosuggestion. If you use your self talk 200, 300 or 400 times a day you will have no opportunity to have negative thoughts to enter in your mind.

Emotion is a requirement when using autosuggestion

The key to making your self talk work is emotion. Without emotion the mind will not draw on autosuggestion. It needs emotion because your sub conscious mind work with emotions only. Positive self talk mixed with positive emotion = faith. When you have faith nothing can stop you. If never get rid of the negative and you can never have complete faith in yourself and abundance will not flow into your reality.

Creating your self talk

Your self talk should be about 3-5 sentences. It needs to say what you want and what your going to give to get it. It does not have to be perfect. You can modify or change it anytime. Your self talk will change as you change you goals in your business. This is what I use. "I enjoy building the largest most profitable business in network marketing, easily and consistently through teamwork and education." You can use this to start if you like or use it to create your own.
